Delivery locations

‍Inaddition to Germany, we regularly deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. If you would like to have our products delivered to another location, please contact us for details.

Delivery time

Depending on the country of destination the delivery times are 2 weeks (DACH) and 3-5 weeks (Rest of Europe) for the SOLO telephone box and 4-8 weeks for the QUATTRO and the QUATTROdesk box. In case of pre- or down-payment the delivery time starts from receipt of payment.

Shipping process SOLO

We deliver in partnership with carriers and forwarders directly to your office. Our 2-person teams make sure to bring the booths were you planned them to be assembled - given all ways are spacious and free. In case you booked an assembly service the delivery team is also in charge of setting everything up. In case your order also includes QUATTROs, please see below.

We do not deliver to packing stations. A pickup of the goods is an irregular service that can be arranged in exceptional cases.

Shipping process QUATTRO and QUATTROdesk

We deliver in partnership with carriers and forwarders directly to your office. Delivery and assembly of the QUATTRO booth is always done by two different teams. They are scheduled to arrive at the same time to make sure the assembly team unloads the truck on time and proceeds with the carrying and set-up. Given all ways are spacious and free it takes them about 4 hrs.

We do not deliver to packing stations. A pickup of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

Move

In case you are moving offices or are simply re-arranging the place, we are happy to support you with sending an assembly team to move your QUATTRO. Moving a SOLO can be done by any team (inhouse or external) - we can surely supply you with the assembly instructions if needed.
